Shipping Policy

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. In such cases, we will notify you by email.


Shipping destinations

We currently ship worldwide, unless shipping is restricted or impractical for a specific destination.
If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be informed before your order is processed.


Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • destination country

  • courier services

  • customs processing

  • local postal services

Estimated delivery times do not include processing time.


Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after shipment and may vary depending on the courier and destination.


Shipping of fragile items

Our products are handmade glass items and are carefully packaged to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

While we take great care in packaging, shipping carriers handle parcels independently, and transit conditions are outside of our control.

If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith clear photos of the item and packaging.


Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the parcel was not collected, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs or may request a refund excluding original shipping fees.


Delays and lost shipments

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • courier disruptions

  • customs processing

  • weather conditions

  • strikes or force majeure events

If a shipment appears lost or excessively delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier where possible.
