Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and undamaged

  • in the same condition that you received it

  • in its original protective packaging

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Damages and issues

Our products are handmade glass items and require careful handling.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receipt if:

  • the item arrives damaged

  • the item is defective

  • you receive the wrong item

To help us assess the issue, we may request clear photos of:

  • the damaged item

  • the internal packaging

  • the outer shipping box

If damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Because our items are handmade, slight variations in shape, size, or color compared to product photos are natural and do not constitute a defect. Styled or illustrative imagery, including the use of AI-generated backgrounds, does not affect the physical characteristics of the figurine itself.


Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • sale items

  • gift cards


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (once approved). After the return is accepted and inspected, you may place a new order for the replacement item, subject to availability.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without providing a justification.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original protective packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at glassparadise.creations@gmail.com.


Undelivered or returned shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the parcel, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs or may request a refund excluding original shipping fees.
